His expertise spans across financial services sectors where he successfully navigates complex legal challenges, mitigates risks and makes business happen more effectively. He is adept at fostering collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders and driving legal strategies that align with business objectives. 

Twemlow has been General Counsel and Company Secretary at Allianz UK, one of the largest general insurers in the UK and part of the Allianz global financial services group, for five years. Previously, Twemlow was UK General Counsel for Euroclear, the post-trade securities market infrastructure group, which is the operator of the CREST securities settlement system.
