Career Biography:

Andrea Harris is the Group Chief Counsel for WPP plc and is responsible for the Legal, Business Integrity, Security Assurance, Insurance and Risk and Resilience functions and overseeing the Group’s corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, restructurings, employment disputes, data privacy, anti-trust and litigation matters. Harris is a member of the executive management committee and is the executive sponsor for Sustainability. Harris joined WPP in 1996 and became Group Chief Counsel in 2005.

Harris is a Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the GC100, a member of the National Theatre Corporate Advisory Board.
