Natalia Jimenez, Senior Vice-President of Legal at the Crystal Lagoons Group, guides the organisation through intricate legal landscapes, ensuring compliance, safeguarding intellectual property and driving strategic growth. With six years at Crystal Lagoons, she has played a pivotal role in negotiating four joint ventures for developing projects in Texas, while also overseeing global tax matters and compliance across the company’s international operations. Her expertise allows her to navigate regulatory complexities, develop forward-looking strategies and advocate for the worldwide recognition of the company’s innovative technologies. Natalia is instrumental in shaping the legal framework and in negotiating commercial agreements such as regional master agreements, as well as developing the contracts and legal strategy for Crystal Lagoons’ new products.

Natalia earned her law degree from the University of Chile. Before joining Crystal Lagoons, she spent five years at Carey, one of Chile’s premier law firms, where she specialised in intellectual property, negotiation of licensing and franchise agreements, strategies for protecting intellectual and industrial property, data privacy and consumer law. Before studying law, she completed a bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature at the Pontificia Universidad Católica.
