Career Biography

Ms.Minna Wang is the Co-Director of Legal Department of Compañía General de Electricidad (“CGE “). She started her professional career in State Grid Group since 2010, acting as the project legal manger, participated in nearly fifty M&A deals worldwide. She is familiar with foreign investment regulations, industry regulations and corporate governance rules in local jurisdiction of major countries/regions, such as US, UK, EU, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore, experienced in overseas investment, proficient at deal structure design, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents. She also has a sound understanding and extensive experience in debt program, financing, rating upgrade, derivatives and hedging arrangement, has engaged in rounds of club-loan agreements with international banks for purpose of project financing. Minna has extensive experience in legal, compliance, risk control and corporate governance, always being ready to provide real-time support to the daily business operation.
