Career Biography

Over the past ten months, I’ve led Crescendo’s legal strategy during a period of significant innovation and growth. As the company launched the world’s first AI-native contact center, blending AI agents, human superagents, and outcome-based pricing, we also executed what is believed to be the largest-ever acquisition by a startup. This transformation required entirely new legal frameworks across AI governance, privacy, commercial structure, and compliance. I built the company’s first in-house legal team, led the industry’s first HIPAA attestation for a hybrid AI+human service, overhauled contracting and compliance to accelerate deal velocity, and implemented an employment integration program covering thousands of employees across global markets.
