Career Biography

Maureen Donohoe is the head of legal in BnM’s Legal Department and advises on all aspects of BnM projects in relation to their renewable business, enabling services and land and habitats divisions. Donohoe has considerable experience in the renewables sector having led the legal workstreams on several of BnM’s wind farm, onshore and offshore, battery, solar, hydrogen and thermal projects to include all legal workstreams from the construction cycle through to the operation of the renewable energy infrastructure projects, project finance, power purchase agreements and joint ventures. Donohoe has considerable experience in general commercial property work in relation to the renewable projects including commercial landlord and tenant work and all aspects of conveyancing in relation to BnM’s landbank.
