Career Biography

Before joining WuXi, I was Group Head of Legal at an agri-tech company headquartered in Ireland. I was the first overseas lawyer hired by WuXi and led the establishment of the legal department in Europe. Key to that was getting to know the business and the key stakeholders, both locally and internationally, and creating an agile and efficient work system to meet the needs of the business and internal clients. As a team, we constantly evaluate what the business, key stakeholders and clients require from us.
