I am the Legal Director at TIM S/A, with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Throughout my career, I have built a strategic trajectory with a strong focus on risk management, business development, and legal innovation.

At TIM, I work directly as a Business Partner for the B2C and New Business and Innovation areas, participating from the conception of new products to contract structuring and litigation management. My approach always seeks to integrate legal expertise with business goals, ensuring that projects are executed with both security and efficiency. I lead the management of judicial and arbitral disputes totalling over BR$2bn and conduct strategic negotiations and contracts that are fundamental to the company’s operations. My priority is to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions that are aligned with business needs.

In recent years, I have been responsible for modernising the legal department’s structure by implementing control and management systems based on performance indicators. This work has resulted in greater operational efficiency and governance, while also strengthening the integration of the legal team with other areas of the company, positioning the department as a strategic partner rather than just a technical support function.

My generalist background and practical experience cover various areas of law, including civil, consumer, labour, commercial, infrastructure, digital, M&A, and criminal law. This enables me to act swiftly and precisely in both litigation management and preventive consulting. I maintain a close and collaborative relationship with different areas of the company, acting not only as a manager but also as a business partner and transformation leader. I believe that legal should be a driver of innovation and efficiency, especially in highly regulated and competitive sectors such as telecommunications.
