What are the most significant cases and/or transactions that you have been involved in over the past year?

2024-2025 has been an action-packed year: we are currently expanding the manufacturing facility in Jeddah, KSA, which is the first EV manufacturing facility in the region and our second global hub for manufacturing. This factory was opened in 2023 and we are currently assembling our EVs there for Middle East Sales.

We have also expanded commercially to serve UAE and opened additional studios in Dubai and KSA.  

Based on your experience, what is the key to collaborating successfully with business partners?

Creating a common understanding of what we’re striving for (expansion, customer satisfaction, supply chain improvement, etc.) and defining the path for achieving this goal.

What is a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about, and why?

Sustainability. The transition from ICE vehicles to EVs is happening as we speak and it’s the vision we’re implementing. Doing so with efficiency and style is the bonus we offer.

Are the effects of AI on the legal world overplayed, or underplayed?

The ultimate effects would be somewhere in the middle. We’re only scratching the surface of a true understanding of the impacts of AI and the transformative opportunities it brings to legal teams.
