Our business is as many others heavily affected by geopolitics and periods of instability and crises, and as such we are constantly working proactively with the organisation ensuring we have the right understanding of the underlying business and the right plan and resources available accommodating any given future situation.

What are the major cases or transactions you have been involved in recently?

The team is constantly navigating between various corporate re-structuring projects, new business establishments, M&A related tasks and large USDM litigation cases.
