What are the major cases or transactions you have been involved in recently?
One of the key recent matters I have been involved in is supporting the establishment of our BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) portfolio.
What measures has your company taken to embed sustainability practices into its core business operations, and how does the role of the general counsel contribute to driving and ensuring sustainable practices within the company?
As a renewable developer, we integrate sustainability into everything we do. In that context, one of the key tasks as General Counsel is to ensure that sustainability is embedded within our legal and corporate governance frameworks to support this commitment.
