What are the most significant cases, projects, or transactions that you and your legal team have recently been involved in?
The most significant project that the legal team has been involved should be the establishment and completion of the manufacturing factory of the LEGO Group in Vietnam where we delivered the project fastest and most efficient among other factories of the LEGO Group in the world (at the same size) with zero legal and compliance issue. What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?
I don’t believe that any attributes can be considered as the most important for a modern in-house counsel to possess but a combination of attributes should do. The first attribute comes to my mind is the flexibility which is extremely important for in-house counsel to respond the situation in this VUCA world. Secondly, the resilience is also an important for in-house counsel where they need to consistently provide guidance and consultancy to stakeholders in high demand and pressure these days.
