Comprised of highly regarded lawyers in the US, CBRE’s legal team are fully aligned and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team in dealing with a number of complex acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial agreements. Amongst their achievements, the legal team helped implement a new litigation management system in Latin America with significant cost reduction targets. The legal team is led by senior vice present and general counsel (Latin America), government and public policy, Sean Treglia who designed and built the company’s first Latin America government contracts legal department and compliance and contracts management function, covering ten countries in the region.
