What are the projects that you are most proud of working on over the past 12 months?

I was proud and happy to work on two simultaneous and complex projects for our Mexican operations, which included a significant equity injection and a merger. Both transactions position our team for further growth in the Mexican market.

Based on your experiences in the past year, are there any trends in the legal or business world that you are keeping an eye on that you think other in-house lawyers should be mindful of?

AI. It is changing the way the business is run, and legal should be a part of the revolution in its quest to improve the delivery of its services.
