With more than a decade of experience in legal compliance and intellectual property (IP), Ms Xia Chen brings together deep legal expertise from private practice and extensive in-house experience at leading semiconductor companies. Her mindset—anchored in industry insight, business strategy and legal precision—has elevated the legal function from a traditional risk-control role to a strategic business partner.

She excels at building high-performing legal teams. From the ground up, she established an integrated “legal + compliance + IP” unit, which has grown into a specialist team of more than ten members within three years. Today, the team supports the full spectrum of the company’s risk management and value-creation needs across the entire business lifecycle.
