Career Biography

The General Counsel of CHANEL China, whose areas of expertise include commercial M&A, real estate, compliance and business ethics, data, risk management, intellectual property and brand protection. With deep experience in luxury-sector legal matters, she has supported the strong growth of numerous international brands in Mainland China.

Before joining the company’s in-house legal team, she worked at international law firms in the UK and the US, primarily advising multinational companies on their investments and operations in China, including domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate disputes and compliance matters.

She graduated from Fudan University and Columbia Law School, and later obtained an EMBA degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
