Career Biography

He Ping graduated from Renmin University of China with a major in Civil and Commercial Law and holds a master’s degree in Law. He is a Senior Economist and holds qualifications as a lawyer, as well as certifications for securities and fund industry practice. He currently serves as General Manager of the Legal and Compliance Department at China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Previously, he was General Manager of the Legal Affairs Department at Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Chief Risk Officer at Huarong Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of the Legal Affairs Department at China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. He also has ten years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with extensive knowledge of trust, investment and financing, and asset management businesses. He is highly skilled at problem-solving, adept at handling complex and challenging issues, and has accumulated rich experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
