As general counsel of Zepp Health, Lily Lin, with 18 years of in-depth experience in TMT companies’ legal management, leads the legal team of Zepp Health with a “Business-empowerment” mindset. She has continuously evolved the team’s management model and risk-control framework and thresholds to align with the company’s growth stages and global expansion.
Regarding her strategic litigation leadership, Lin has successfully led multiple domestic and international IP and commercial disputes. By leveraging opportunities from global exhibitions and favorable policy trends, she coordinated cross-border legal actions combining administrative measures, litigation, and IP invalidation strategies. These efforts effectively cracked the infringement, resolved litigation crises at optimal cost, and safeguarded the company’s market competitiveness and interest worldwide.
