Faye Xu is currently the general counsel of Ontime Mobility Technology Limited. With over 15 years of corporate legal management experience, she led the Hong Kong IPO projects for Ontime Mobility in 2024 and GOGOX in 2022. During the period, she also helped both companies secure multiple rounds of financing and complete the closing process.

At Ontime Mobility, Ms. Xu has been deeply involved in reconstructing the legal system across areas such as corporate compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Prior to this, she held positions at various technology enterprises and listed companies, accumulating extensive experience in business compliance, investment and financing, and capital markets. She specialises in transaction structure design, business and structural reorganisation, and implementation of business compliance systems.

Ms. Xu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tsinghua University. She has led her team to win multiple awards, including the ALB 2025 Top 15 Legal Teams for Technology Companies, the ALB Annual Corporate Legal Awards for South and Central China, and the China Business Law Journal In-House Counsel Awards. The projects she has participated in have also received honours such as the China Business Law Journal Deal of the Year and the Golden Line Award for Non-Litigation Impact.
