Career biography
Emma An Jingjing is currently the Executive Deputy General Manager and General Counsel (Chief Compliance Officer) of Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited. She also serves as an Executive Director of the Beijing Bank Law Research Association, an Arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and an Arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
Emma has served for many years on the legal front line of the Poly Group, with extensive experience in dispute resolution, corporate governance, compliance management, and intellectual property management. She has led the Poly Group’s legal team in establishing a comprehensive case management system covering all case types and full life cycles, and developed a complete management model featuring “risk warning – reporting – handling – review – management enhancement.” By strengthening the institutional framework, intensifying oversight and guidance for major cases, enhancing the strategic value extracted from case management, and continually optimising digital case-management tools, she has significantly improved outcomes in dispute handling. Across the Group, these efforts have helped recover or prevent economic losses amounting to several billion yuan, providing strong assurance for the Group’s stable and sustainable operations.
Emma has received multiple professional accolades, including the 2024 Domestic Dispute Resolution Outstanding In-house Counsel Award and the Outstanding Real Estate In-house Legal Team Award from China Business Law Journal. She has also been selected for the first cohort of Trademark Management Distinguished Experts by the China Trademark Association.
