Icy Mo is a Certified PRC Lawyer, a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Hong Kong Law Society, and a Hong Kong–qualified Certified Public Accountant. She brings together extensive legal expertise and substantial financial and accounting knowledge.

She has five years’ corporate finance experience at Hong Kong’s largest law firm, nearly three years’ litigation experience with a leading Beijing law firm, and more than three years’ accounting experience at a top international audit firm.

Icy specialises in corporate listings, acquisitions and investments, debt financing and structured products. She has significant experience in advising Chinese, Hong Kong and U.S. companies in the finance and TMT sectors on business compliance. Her work includes drafting and reviewing legal documentation, supporting negotiations and due diligence, identifying risks, and providing practical legal solutions.

Fluent in English, with strong Cantonese and Japanese, Icy is an honours graduate of a prestigious Hong Kong university, where she earned double degrees in Finance and Accounting.
