‘Janet Chan and Eugene Khoo are senior counsels who jointly head the legal team at National Australia Bank (NAB) in Hong Kong. The legal team at NAB covers a broad range of practice areas, advising on finance matters including subscription credit facilities, syndicated lending, leveraged finance and projects, helping to stress test innovative deal structures [as well as] advise on complex regulatory issues which often arise.
