China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group (CSFG), the parent of CSFG International Asset Management, is a financial holding institution listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange since April 1992. Based in Hong Kong, Heidi Loong oversees both legal and compliance aspects of CSFG International Asset Management. ‘In her present role, she has undertaken the structuring of SPC and its supplementary portfolios that contain unlisted bonds and structured notes with Chinese institutional investors’, says a nominator. As part of the legal and compliance function, Loong also worked on a bridge loan for its Chinese institutional investor to subscribe into pre-IPO investments, and successfully solved the legal and compliance issues of the dual jurisdictions together with outside counsel. Led by Loong, the legal team will continue to support the business by continuing to provide expert legal advice.
