Career Biography

I am senior legal manager at the Techint Group, working together with more than 50 in-house lawyers as well as external law firms and advisors. We are present in over 30 countries (local roots, global scope) and handle legal matters across all areas, including commercial, financial, international trade, energy, corporate secretarial, labour, customs, and venture capital, among others.

I am currently working for companies and projects in Uruguay, Chile, Guayana, Surinam, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, the United States, Luxembourg, and the UAE, in connection with the steel, onshore &offshore oil projects, construction, energy, and venture capital industries.

The main milestones of this year include major global corporate restructurings aimed at achieving greater synergies and efficiencies and reducing Techint’s family tree. In addition, on the internal side, we are working intensively on the development and use of AI and the positive impact it can have both internally and with our clients and suppliers.
