First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently?

I am currently a member of the international legal team of the Techint Group, working in a truly multicultural and diverse environment, advising all the group’s business units, particularly in the energy, steel, engineering & construction, financial and venture capital industries, including NSYE corporations.

I serve as a director on several boards of Techint Group companies from different jurisdictions. I also coordinate and supervise the work carried out by external advisors in the different countries where Techint has operations or interests.

What is a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

I am deeply concerned about environmental matters, so I always try to check that the projects we have comply in full with environmental regulations.

What can law firms do to improve their service to the legal department?

I would like the law firms we work with to understand the company’s core business better and provide more tailored advice.
