Born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a master’s degree in law from the University of Copenhagen as well as a both a JD and an LLM in tax from the US, Kim has gained international work experience in the US and at leading law firms in Denmark and Switzerland. A published author, he joined Calibrium in 2014 as legal counsel, and was promoted to general counsel in 2016 and later made head of risk and head of compliance, and then built Calibrium’s legal, risk and compliance team. In addition, he serves on the firm’s executive management team. He is licensed to practice law in New York.
