In January 2018, Frida Rosenholm was appointed senior vice president and general counsel of world leading security company Securitas. As the company’s lead lawyer, she is involved in commercial partnership negotiations of high complexity, importance and value, as well as being front and centre during all other legal matters that arise at the heart of the business. For example, in 2017 Securitas announced that it extended its channel partnership agreement with Knightscope; a US-based software developer of advanced physical security technologies regarding autonomous security robots. Technology like this is at the core of the Securitas business, and in dealing with cutting-edge issues like these, Rosenholm has the opportunity to display her position as one of Sweden’s most innovative and knowledgeable in-house lawyers. Before joining Securitas, Rosenholm was general counsel of EF Education First Group, and before that held several senior positions with the notable listed companies Pergo and Pfleiderer.
