Kurt Drieselmann is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, MBA, European Law King’s College, accomplished general counsel, legal executive | provident fund trustee, with 16 years’ experience leading a multinational legal division, group-wide intellectual property, legislative compliance and ethics function and team, across the 47 jurisdictions where Aspen operates offices, providing support across the 150 countries where Aspen sells pharmaceutical products. Part of the global Group Insurance Programme team, primarily placed out of the London market. Serving on various committees, including the Group Ethics and Provident Fund Trustee.

Prior substantial experience as commercial director in electronic development and manufacturing across South Africa, China, Australia and India. Having served as a commercial legal adviser in the oil industry, and before that in development finance banking.
