Previous positions include Chief Governance & Legal Officer at Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE) and Senior Counsel for Project Development & Finance at Saudi Aramco.

Educational background includes: Jurisprudence Doctorate from Boston College Law School, USA and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University, USA.
