Career Biography
Edyta Krukowska is an experienced lawyer with nearly twenty years of professional experience gained in international law firms and the renewable energy sector.
She currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board of Greenvolt Power Group sp. z o.o., responsible for Legal, HR, and Compliance. In this role, she oversees corporate governance, legal risk management, the development and implementation of compliance systems, employment strategy, and ensuring the company’s compliance with national and international regulations.
Prior to assuming the position of Vice President, she served as Greenvolt Power Group’s commercial proxy from October 2024 and, from December 2024, she was additionally responsible for HR. From 2021 to 2025, she served as Head of Legal and a member of the Management Board of Greenvolt Power Poland sp. (formerly V-ridium Power Services sp. z o.o.), where she managed all legal matters in Poland and supported projects implemented in other jurisdictions within the group.
She was responsible for handling M&A processes, developing renewable energy projects (including wind farms, photovoltaic farms, and energy storage facilities), corporate restructurings, and providing strategic advice to the management board and key stakeholders.
From 2020 to 2021, as Head of Legal at V-ridium Power Services sp. z o.o., she managed the legal area in Poland and on selected foreign markets within the group. Since 2020, she has also been a member of the management board of Augusta Energy sp. z o.o., strengthening her experience in corporate governance and project management. Previously, she served as Director of the Legal Department at Geo Renewables S.A., where she was responsible for comprehensive legal support for investment projects in the energy sector. She gained experience in energy and corporate law at K&L Gates Jamka sp.k., where she advanced from a lawyer in the employment and corporate law practice to a senior lawyer in the renewable energy department.
She began her career at renowned international law firms such as Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells), Clifford Chance, and Baker & McKenzie, building a solid foundation in employment law, corporate law, litigation, and capital markets. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in labour law and insurance law at the University of Warsaw. She has conducted training courses and seminars on labour law, energy market regulation, and spatial planning. In her work, she combines a strategic business approach with high legal and organisational standards.
She has experience building effective legal and compliance structures in dynamically developing organisations and managing teams in an international environment. She is fluent in English. In her private life, she is a mother of Anna, Adam, and Beza, a roof cat.
