Key projects I have been involved in over the past 12 months:

The sale of a 100% owned subsidiary, which involved standard SPA negotiations while balancing the respect and considerations of colleagues who would no longer be part of our group. Additionally, I contributed to the real estate team preparing for entry into a new sector, specifically the sale of property to private customers.

Have you had any experiences during your career as a lawyer that stand out as particularly unique or interesting?

One of the most unique and rewarding experiences of my career was providing free legal aid to the people in Greenland. I visited local communities, offered legal assistance to various individuals, both in business and private matters, and assisted with both small and large issues, helping to make an impact on their lives.

What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?

I believe the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel include adaptability, strong communication skills and strategic thinking to navigate complex legal landscapes. Being proactive and having a deep understanding of the business are also essential.
