About

Lesley Horton Campbell is the general counsel and senior vice president of Talent at ICSC, a trade association serving the retail real estate industry. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate sectors, having previously served as associate general counsel at Tiffany & Co., focusing on global real estate and corporate matters and as assistant general counsel at L&M Development Partners. Lesley received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and she is an alumna of the Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program.

An industry leader, Lesley has served on the New York City Bar Association’s Board of Directors, Project REAP’s Board of Directors, The Bridge’s Board of Directors, the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens’ Board of Directors and as a Commissioner on NYC’s Lobbying Commision. In addition, Lesley is an advocate for women’s issues and empowerment and furthers these causes as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Greater New York Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, wherein she serves as the Immediate Past President.

Lesley has received numerous awards and honours for her professional and civic endeavours including being named one of Crain’s New York Business Notable General Counsel, Globe St.’s 2021 Retail Influencers, the National Black Lawyers Top 100, receiving the Trailblazer Award from the National Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, being named to the National Bar Association’s 40 Lawyers Under 40, the Alumni Honoree of the New York City Bar Association’s Diversity Fellowship Program, one of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Rising Stars, Ms. JD’s Woman of Inspiration Award, the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, The Network Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, the Apex Society’s Power 30 Under 30 and the New York State Bar Association’s Empire State Counsel Award.
