What are the most significant cases and/or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

My team and I have successfully managed the changes in public acquisitions, supporting our company through the operational and legal challenges it has faced.
We are currently restructuring our working methods in order to adapt to the recent legal reforms. In this process, we have implemented mechanisms to address legal needs in litigation and contract management for our clients.
We successfully renewed more than 10 contracts with our main clients, negotiating them to highly favorable outcomes. In addition, we have carried out several negotiations with the public sector, particularly regarding collections, and we are currently handling a litigation matter of great significance for the corporate group.

Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?

We are currently developing a technology platform that will enable accurate tracking of the contracts requested from us. In addition, we are about to launch an artificial intelligence agent that will allow our clients to immediately and reliably access the contracts they require, as well as resolve inquiries and generate contract templates in accordance with our internal policies and, of course, Mexican legislation. Both technological tools have been developed entirely in-house, without incurring additional costs for the company.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

We must remain up to date and in continuous preparation to wisely address the legal reforms currently taking place in Mexico. The present administration is moving swiftly and has plans to reform several sectors of the Mexican industry. Therefore, my team and I must stay vigilant and in constant study in order to respond effectively to the needs of our company.
