The legal team at DuPont Mexico worked on legal matters pertaining to the launch of six new products in its personal defence and protection solutions business line, specifically new Kevlar and Tensylon protective material.
Additionally, the team has been working on the impact of the Dow Chemicals and DuPont merger on DuPont’s operations in Mexico. It has also been working on the proposed separation of the new DowDuPont brand into three subsidiary public companies which is scheduled to occur in 2019.
