Yoox Net-a-Porter Group (Yoox), the world’s leading online luxury fashion retailer, was formed in 2015 after the merger of Italy-based Yoox Group and Compagnie Financière Richemont-owned Net-a-Porter. In addition to operating its own websites – including Net-a-Porter, Mr Porter, The OutNet and Yoox – the combined company manages websites such as Jimmy Choo, Emporio Armani, Diesel and Valentino and offers a number of services such as managing e-commerce sites for major brands and providing customisation, web design, user experience, digital production, customer care and web marketing support. The Italy-based legal team, led by Vanessa La Greca, head of legal affairs for Italy, was nominated for its contribution to ‘[helping the group] continue to grow after the merger and [completing] a number of important deals, including those which contribute to growth in new markets.
