How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
During the crises (Covid, Wars) the compliance is central in our agenda and the constant changing in law obliges a GC to be more active in studying immediate solutions.

How do you measure the impact of ESG initiatives on the company’s overall performance and reputation?
The ESG impact is very significant. We follow an ESG program to implement all the needed procedures and we have achieved certain certifications. All the stakeholders of the company are very interested into ESG initiatives and therefore the communications of the ESG compliance are important.
How have you integrated technology into your legal processes, and what impact has this had on efficiency and compliance?
We are reviewing the AI impacts on the legal/IP research and the AI use on the secretarial/paralegal activities.
