Career Biography

Priyanka Sinha’s role encompasses managing Legal, Enterprise Risk Management & Regulatory Management, across VOIS locations i.e., India, UK, Europe & Egypt.

Additionally, Priyanka is Managing Director (Head of Center at VOIS India) consisting of over 16,000 colleagues. Her responsibility for the center includes overall governance of the center, both internally & externally, managing external affairs which entails working closely with various industry bodies, government policy makers and lead efforts to enhance _VOIS’ brand image in the IT/ITes industry.

Prior to her current role, Priyanka worked with various MNCs as a general counsel managing global business at Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell), Optum Global Services (UHG), Convergys, Honeywell ,Pernod Ricard and various Law Firms. She has been advisor to cross functions, executive management and board member, supporting strategic business growth initiatives, creating powerful internal & external alliances, managing through crisis & change, overseeing all aspects of corporate governance and the corporate legal function – comprising of legal, enterprise risk management, overall compliance and corporate secretarial.

Prior to becoming an in-house, she has worked with various mid to large size law firms in India advising clients on commercial transactions (contracts, M&A, IPR) as well as dispute resolution and litigation management.
