Divya Sridhar serves as the Managing Director of Legal for FedEx in India, a role she has held since April 2017. Based in Mumbai, Divya oversees the management and strategic direction of all legal and regulatory matters for the company in India. With over 17 years of experience in the corporate legal field, she has been acknowledged for her significant counsel on complex, high impact, and sensitive matters in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa (MEISA) region.

Under Divya’s leadership, her team contributes to a wide range of business operations. This includes airline operations, customs clearance, pick-up and delivery operations, and the FedEx Advanced Capability Community. Their collective efforts are pivotal in driving growth and spearheading digital transformation.

Before joining FedEx, Divya established a successful career in private legal practice with leading law firms in India, including Amarchand Mangaldas and Dua Associates. During this time, she specialised as a transaction lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory, further strengthening her technical expertise.

Divya’s exceptional performance has been recognised with the FedEx Five Star Award, the company’s highest accolade, awarded to team members who exhibit outstanding performance.

She is an alumnus of Symbiosis Deemed University in Pune, where she earned her Bachelor of Social Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Law degrees, further solidifying her credentials in the legal domain.
