Kaiku is a Spanish company with an international presence in Chile and Tunisia and is specialised in the manufacture, commercialisation, sale and purchase, transport, distribution and merchandising of a range of food products, and above all dairy products. Operating in a diverse global market has required the team to be a proactive legal team prepared for any change in regulations, knowing how to anticipate and propose measures to protect the company and reduce risks at the legal level. The team provide daily legal support of the legal team in the societal changes in the countries of operation, acting as business partners for the different areas of business in an increasingly complex environment. They have also been instrumental to assisting the business in adapting to the new European legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) within the company.
