Winnie Ma serves as the director, general counsel, and company secretary at Hang Lung Group and Hang Lung Properties. Winnie’s team provides support for Hang Lung’s exquisite residential project located in Shouson Hill, Hong Kong, which was previously under the ownership of the US Consulate and is being transformed into a collection of luxurious homes. Additionally, the team is involved in facilitating the sale of The Aperture, a residential complex comprising 294 units situated in Kowloon Bay. The team works closely with various business units to drive Hang Lung’s expansion into new market segments including the establishment of HANGOUT, a high-end office and business solutions concept designed to meet the individual needs of its members. The team also played a key role in launching five-star hotels in Shenyang, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Kunming and Shanghai. During the pandemic, the team advised on the rapidly changing legal and regulatory landscape while also helping the business address and navigate a wide array of unprecedented challenges stemming from the unpredictable operational and economic environment.
