Industrial engineering company Groupe ADF has a global presence, was in receipt of revenues of nearly €300m in 2016 and employs more than 3,000 people in six countries in Europe and Africa. Elsa Charpentier, senior legal counsel at the group, was nominated by a private practice source, with the wider team’s role being praised for their work in the recent past. Particular attention was drawn to the legal department’s contribution to the conception and the approval of Groupe ADF’s purchase of aerospace equipment manufacturer Latécoère Services. This transaction was worth €60m and further boosts the revenue potential and future growth of the group, by virtue of it engaging in an additional seven countries and leveraging additional expertise within the sector.
