General counsel Annabelle Raguenet de Saint Albin has been with high-end speaker and amplifier producer Devialet since mid-2016, part of a small but very capable legal team that came in for high praise from nominators. As well as overseeing the complex supply chain required to produce Devialet’s high-tech products, as well as other demanding day-to-day tasks, the team has also been instrumental in one of the largest fund raising in France in 2016 (€100m with the entry of major investors such as Korelya, Foxconn, Renault, CM-CIC, Bpifrance), and in the signing of strategic agreements on technology matters. For instance, in August 2019 it announced plans with US company Altice to produce a speaker combining Devialet technology with Alexa-powered voice control, which comes after the release of similar partnerships with Sky and Freebox.
