Career Biography

Sunnie Yang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a full-time master’s degree in Law, majoring in Accounting and Law with a bachelor’s degree in Management and a bachelor’s degree in Law.

Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Compliance Legal Professional Committee of the Tianjin Lawyers Association, a hearing officer at a certain procuratorate in Tianjin, a company lawyer, and holding the title of Senior Engineer. 

I have worked in the legal compliance department of a large state-owned enterprise for nearly ten years, deeply cultivating intellectual property rights. I have handled intellectual property cases involving a total amount of billions of yuan, radiating trade secret cases, patent ownership cases, and other cases, and have achieved good results, recovering nearly one billion yuan in economic losses for the company. 

Having a composite background in multiple professional fields such as finance, law, and engineering, with a focus on cross-border investment. Had been awarded honorary titles such as “Top 50 Outstanding Legal Affairs of Chinese Excellent Enterprises” and “Top 50 Elite Legal Affairs of Chinese Excellent Enterprises”.
