Career Biography

Reid Yester serves as Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. and its various subsidiaries, which, together, form North America’s largest provider of non-destructive excavating and related services.

Under Reid’s leadership, the legal department supports Badger’s operations by managing key corporate (governance), commercial (contracts), dispute and risk management, and real estate functions.

Recent accomplishments include onboarding Badger’s most senior executives (Board Chair, CEO, CFO, CHRO), establishing and co-chairing Badger’s Indigenous Strategy Committee, co-chairing Badger’s Joint Health & Safety Committee, representing Badger in Washington, DC to advocate for the safety and efficiency of non-destructive excavation, completing a major legal entity reorganisation, implementing a more centralised, data-driven approach to real estate, facilitating shareholder and board meetings, and refreshing confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements with more than 500 key employees across the organisation in an effort to best protect Badger’s commercial interests and the livelihoods of all its employees who depend on Badger’s success.
