What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about and why?

Our main purpose of existing as Kimberly-Clark (KC) is a building company goods that make ‘better care for a better world’. In this sense, it is most rewarding to work for a company that has such a clear, simple yet powerful purpose. The products that KC manufactures and commercialises are directed to men and women and are meant to accompany people throughout all their life, beginning from their birth. I am very inspired every day, with the conviction that our products, and our people provide goods that provide a real benefit, providing comfort, quality and safety. The fact that we are present in more than 200 countries, and that the company has over 150 years of existence are a testament to a lifetime dedicated to this and to our purpose: providing better care for a better world.

How is your legal team planning to contribute to the growth and expansion of your organisation, over the next few months?

The legal department is an active part of the commercial leadership team. We are constantly involved in projects and leading initiatives. Most of our work involves third party legislation and compliance cases; but we are also continually looking for ways to save money and prioritise resources to bring positive results for the Bolivian business.
