Can you tell us a little about your most significant accomplishments and projects, as a team or by yourself in your role, recently?

We actively participate in the process of adapting the company to the pandemic and its consequences with our priority being business continuity. Additionally, we participated in legislative and regulatory initiatives that affected our operations issued as a result of COVID-19 and sought creative legal solutions to the limitations that were presented.

We successfully managed a portfolio of processes for more than $31m, of which $19m was gained and only $400k lost.

We have also been involved in important transactions that make us the largest issuer of bonds, the largest cable TV and fixed internet provider in the country, and have obtained positive judicial precedents in constitutional and labor matters.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about and why?

In my opinion, the growing weakening of the judicial body is a concern that affects legal certainty in the country – one which I am passionate about.

How is your legal team planning to contribute to the growth and expansion of your organisation, over the next few months?

We are strategic partners of all the units of the company in the growth of our operations, and maintain ourselves as one of the three largest private companies in the country.

We seek to simplify operational tasks to focus on strategic tasks that give greater value to our services. Our plan is also to participate in three regional projects that will transform our company, while adapting to current challenges.
