What are the key projects that you have been involved in over the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, I have been involved in several key projects. These include the merger of two group companies, negotiations related to the restructuring of Ghana’s sovereign debt, ongoing litigation against several African states, and the negotiation and closing of offshore wind projects covered by Credendo.

Have you had any experiences during your career as a lawyer that stand out as particularly unique or interesting?

I travelled to Malabo in Equatorial Guinea to engage directly with the Minister of Finance, aiming to secure agreement on the terms for rescheduling the country’s sovereign debt.

What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?
