Career Biography

After having obtained my Master’s Degree in Law in 2002 (Vrije Universiteit Brussel), I started my career as a lawyer at the Brussels bar where I handled files on Immigration Law and Intellectual Properties.

In 2004, I joined the Redevco-team as an in-house lawyer.

I’m a senior lawyer, team manager and member of the management team, specialised in commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on real estate. I have extensive experience in, but not limited to, real estate business contracts (drafting and negotiating); corporate restructuring; corporate financing; M&A; fund structuring; compliance (a.o. AML obligations); general advice and supporting the business; commercial/corporate litigation; and corporate housekeeping. 

I’m based in Brussels and am the legal responsible for Belgium, The Netherlands and the UK.

Since  1st January 2024, I also have a mandate as President of the legal workgroup of the Belgian Luxembourg Council of Retail and Shopping Centers and of the Retail Commission of the Beroepsvereniging van de Vastgoedsector (Professional Association of the Real Estate Industry).
