Chilean based retailer Cencosud is the third largest listed retail company in Latin America with more than 1,000 stores across the region. It is a multi-format retail with presence in five countries with more than 140,000 employees across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and a commercial office in China. Its Argentinian legal team is led by corporate manager of legal affairs, Carlos Alberto Mechetti, with over 23 years of experience at the company, he has led the team through some of the organisations most monumental transactions and deals.

Most recently the team has contributed to Cencosud improving its operating profit by approximately 60% and moving forward with a real estate megaproject in Argentina. The organisation’s future looks very promising as it is expecting to reach revenues of US$16.5m during 2018.
