Joining Grupo Garbarino, the leading Argentinian appliances and white goods retail company, in 2012, Esteban Cappello is responsible for the development of the internal legal department and advising on a wide range of issues relevant to the company’s business interests. Cappello’s role for Grupo Garbarino is imperative in protecting the reputation of one of Argentina’s most recognisable brand names that has a heritage of 60 years and over 110 locations across the country. The role of legal affairs manager sees Cappello advising on matters spanning complex M&A transactions, contracts, litigation and administrative issues. Enabling the company to achieve its mission of bringing customers the latest technology, Cappello amassed his experience through roles at various law firms and four years in-house at technology products company Compumundo, where he was the legal affairs manager before joining Grupo Garbarino
